Great Service!! Jim personally answered the phone both times I called. The oven control board would not allow me to turn off the heat in my oven. The scheduler took my information, including make and model of my stove and the part number since I thought it might be the igniter. The night before, Darryl confirmed he would have the part and gave me a two hour window. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the two hour window and began to work to confirm that it was a burned out igniter and to replace it. He was very personable, and considerate (taking his shoes off at the door even to spare my carpet) and clearly knows the repair business. I would definitely contact him again

It went well. The stove was 20+ years old. Darryl gave us the option of repair or replace. He did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of each option. Ultimately we went with replace because of his very reasonable pricing. We would use him again without hesitation and we recommend him highly.

The service call went very well. Tech arrived on the early end of the service window, was very polite, and had replaced the ignitor within 15 minutes. It couldn't have been easier. And making the appointment online was fast & easy, too. Scheduling coordinator promptly followed up and was also very polite. My only quibble would be the cost. $250 is a lot for 15 minutes of work (plus drive time) to install a relatively cheap part

Fine. The repairman was excellent. But, I don't think I'll ever buy GE appliances again. We've had nothing but trouble from the entire suite of Cafe appliances. Had to replace the touch pad on the microwave; had to replace the control knobs on the stove and have one burner repaired TWICE; had to replace the refrigerator water filter. All of these appliances are less than 5 years old

I was 90% sure that our gas oven was not working because of a faulty igniter. I called several firms recommended by AL and received three quotes to replace the igniter in the $200 range. He arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour window he had given me, kicked his shoes off at the door without being asked, assessed the situation (we needed a couple components replaced), ordered the parts, gave me a quote, and set up the next appointment to do the repair. I scheduled an appt for them to repair my oven about a week ahead for my convenience, The tech called that day to tell me when he was about a 1/2 hour out from arriving, and then arrived very promptly as scheduled. , The tech, Bashir diagnosed the problem as the the gas ignition part, he had the part on his truck and replaced it that day. He was very polite, efficient and would definitely call them again

He had the part with him and was able to do the repair in a few minutes. I've been using the oven for the past 2 weeks, and am completely satisfied with the repair.
